Intermittent connectivity issues causing delay in collecting cloud monitoring data from AWS in eu-north-1

Resolved

Between about 5 PM PDT and 6PM PDT we experienced an elevated API failure rate pulling metrics from AWS in eu-north-1 region, due to underlying cloud provider incident. During this time, metrics were delayed and detectors could have been impacted. All services are operating normally now.
